1 egg
1 tsp salt
¾ tsp. soda
2 cups Plain Corn Meal
2 cups buttermilk
½ cup melted shortening (Criso)
Directions:
Directions:
Grease muffin tin.
Beat egg really well.
Add salt and soda and beat again really well.
Add Milk
Add Melted Shortening
Add Corn Meal
Spoon into greased muffin tin
Bake at 425º for approximately 20 minutes or until brown.
