1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 c milk1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbs butter
4 egg yoke
Directions:
Directions:
combine sugar, flour, and salt in a bowl and mix well. Over Med heat add four mixture to the egg yoke alternately with milk and vanilla stirring constantly. bring to a gentle boil, when mixture begins to thicken add the butter continue to stir. keep boiling and stirring until it reaches a good pudding consistency,,,,do not scorch
