- 1 Large Lemon
- 4 eggs
- 1 stick (8 tbsp) melted butter
- 1 tsp pure vanilla
- 1 1\2 C sugar

- 1 unbaked pie crust
- Whipping cream
Directions:
Directions:
Leave rind on, cut lemon in small chunks, remove seeds

In blender, blend lemon, eggs ,butter vanilla until smooth+ creamy! (still runny)

Pour into pie shell

Bake for 40 minutes at 350ºF

Serve with whipped cream
