Cooking Oil for frying
Flour/Salt/ Pepper
10 Pieces Chicken

Marinade:
1 1/2 cups soy Sauce
3 Eggs (beaten)
1/4 cup Sugar
2 T. Garlic (minced)
2 T. Ginger (grated)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients and marinade chicken pieces.

2. Coat chicken in flour mixture and set aside.

3. Heat cooking oil to 375°

4. Fry floured chicken in hot oil until golden brown, a few pieces at a time, so not to crowd. Cook chicken through until only clear juices are present. (NO RED JUICE)

5. Remove golden brown chicken from oil and drain on paper towel. Keep warm while cooking rest of chicken.
