1 cup plain flour
1 stick butter, softened
1 8oz package cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 carton of cool whip
2 packages of lemon instant pudding
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Combine flour and butter in 12 x 8 pyrex dish for 15 minutes.
3. Combine powdered sugar, cream cheese, and 1/2 carton of cool whip with a mixer. Spread over cooled baked crust.
4. Prepare 2 packages of lemon instant pudding with 3 cups of milk. Pour over cream cheese layer. Top with last 1/2 carton of cool whip.

Grandma's recipe...she used chocolate pudding, but we use lemon for this one. It is outstanding! Good summer dessert!
