3 c Flour
1 1/2 c sugar
1/3 c cocoa
2 1/4 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 c Mayo
1 1/2 c water
1 1/2 vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 2 (9x1 1/2) layer cake pans, line bottom with wax paper
sift together dry ingredients into large bowl, stir in Mayo, gradually stir in water and vanilla until smooth and blended. Pour into prepared pans
Bake at 350 degrees about 30 min or until cake springs back. Cool and remove from pans

Mary Jo use to make this when she would come up to the lake, she always put peanut butter frosting on it and it was so good.. I bet it would be good with cream cheese frosting too...
