olive oil
1 onion chopped
1 packet of peeled garlic cloves
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 lb. ground beef
salt, pepper, granulated garlic and cinnamon (pinch)
basil, oregano and parsley
wine

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef in olive oil breaking into small pieces as it cooks. Once the meat is browned add more olive oil to the pan and cook onion and garlic together saute until the onion starts to brown.
Add wine or beer, (If you don't want to use an alcoholic beverage, water will do) this step is just to cool down the pan which is called deglazing. Once the liquid is just about evaporated, add the browned ground beef. Stir beef and onion together.
Add the diced tomato and tomato sauce.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic, cinnamon, basil, oregano and parsley.
Bring to boil, stirring, so it doesn't stick to the bottom.
Once it boils, reduce heat and let simmer.
