Directions:
Mix flour and salt in a medium bowl.
Add oil and milk.
Stir together with a fork until blended.
Form into a ball with your hands, if too dry, not sticking together well, add a bit more oil.
Use 3/4 of the dough to roll out between 2 sheets of waxed paper.
Remove the top sheet, invert the crust onto your pie plate, carefully remove the other sheet and pat into place in the pie plate, poke holes in the bottom with a fork.
Crimp the edges with your fingers for a single crust pie.
Repeat the process for a double crust pie, crimp after the top crust covers the filling, cut slots in the top crust to vent. Bake at 425 degree for 15 min. then at 350 for 45 min.

Personal Notes:
The recipe is for 2,9 inch crusts, I make one recipe for each crust and use the extra crust to make cinnamon roll ups. Roll the dough out, Sprinkle with a mixture of sugar & cinnamon, dot with small pieces of butter or margerine. Roll up into a log, slice, place on a cookie sheet, bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees- everyone's favorite treat!
