Ingredients:  
2 cups sifted flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs (unbeaten)
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups veg. oil
3 cups packed, grated (fine grate) carrots

Cream oil & sugar. Add eggs, then dry ingredients. Bake in 3 layers at 350 for 35 minutes, or at 325 in 9x13 for 1 hour.

1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick margarine
1 box powdered sugar (3 3/4 cups)
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans

Mix cream cheese & margarine with electric mixer. Add powdered sugar. Stir in vanilla & pecans. Ice warm cake.
