12 oz. campanelle pasta
1 1/2 pkgs (8 oz. each) Neufchatel cream cheese
3/4 cup reduced-fat/light sour cream
1 cup milk
1/2tsp salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce (or more to taste)
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 can artichoke hearts. drained and halved
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed until very dry
1\3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:
preheat oven to 350 º. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. Return pasta to pot.

Meanwhile, in bowl at medium speed beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Reduce speed to low, add mild, salt, garlic powder, and hot sauce. Beat until combined . approx. 30 seconds. Stir in 1 and 1/2 cups Swiss cheese. artichokes and spinach. Pour over pasta toss to combine. Spoon pasta mixture into 6 cup shallow baking dish; sprinkle with remaining Swiss and Parmesan. Bake until heated through Approx. 10 Minutes (if desired, broil for 1 minute to brown cheese)
