1 box Stove Top Stuffing
1 small onion
2-3 large chicken breast or (Tyson Fajita or Grill Chicken Strips pre-cooked)
1 can of cream of chicken soup w/ herbs
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/2 - 3/4 cup cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the stove top as instructed on the box and add finely chopped onion. Set aside and slice the chicken in strips, brown in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add seasons that you would like to your taste. Salt & pepper, garlic, Italian seasoning, make it your dish. (When I use Tyson Fajita Chicken I don’t add seasonings). Mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Place the chicken in the bottom of 8 X 8 pan, second spoon on the chicken soup mixture evenly as you can. Last the stove top stuffing is spooned on top.

Bake at 350º for about 25 – 30 minutes. It should be bubbly on the sides. Double for 9 X 13 pan and bake 35-45 minutes. I you make it ahead of time and its refrigerated it will need to bake longer.
