3-4 diced potatoes (bite size)
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup grated carrots
1 lb. Bob Evans Italian sausage, browned
1 lb. pkg. Veveetta cheese
1 can evaporated milk
1 can of cream or cornel corn

Directions:
Directions:
Place the first 3 ingredients in a sauce pan. Add just enough water to cover the potatoes. Cook until tender, do not drain. Add Velveeta cheese, condensed milk and corn, stirring occasionally until the cheese is melted. Add browned sausage, heat through and serve.
