1 pkg. (3.5 oz.) cook & serve vanilla pudding
3 cup water
1 pkg. (3.5 oz.) cook & serve tapioca pudding
1 small tub Cool Whip
1 can mandarin oranges

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the first 4 ingredients in a medium sauce pan until it starts to thicken. Let cool. Place in a glass dish and refrigerate until set. (I usually do it the night before) When set, whip with mixer, add the cool whip, and mix until smooth. Fold in the mandarin oranges. Put it in a serving dish and refrigerate until ready to serve.
