1/2 c. butter
3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 c. packed brown sugar
3 beaten egg yolks
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 1/2 c. flour

1 tsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soft butter and sugar together. Add egg yolks and mix until blended. Add flour, powder and salt. Mix. Crumble into a sprayed cookie sheet. Do not pat down.

Beat egg whites until peaks form. Gently fold in the bronw sugar and walnuts. Spread over crumbly part. Bake 20-35 minutes at 325-350º, until light brown.
