1 1/2 lbs. skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. ketchup
2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. cornstarch dissolved in 3 Tbsp. water

1. Place thawed chicken in a slow cooker.
2. Stir honey, soy sauce, ketchup, minced onion, vegetable oil and garlic powder together in a bowl and pour over the chicken.
3. Cook on low until the chicken is tender -- 3 to 4 hrs. (or 1.5 to 2.5 hrs. on high).
4. Remove chicken from the sauce in the slow cooker to a cutting board. Stir water and cornstarch together to dissolve cornstarch completely; mix with sauce in the slow cooker until smooth.
5. Cook on high until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes.
6. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and stir into the sauce. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the chicken and sauce mixture. Serve over rice.
