Garlic clove
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 tsp. Kosher salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 16 oz. can diced tomato
1 16 oz. can corn (or c. frozen)
1 16 oz. can Great Northern Beans (white beans)
1 box cornbread muffin mix (1 egg and milk required)

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare the cornbread muffin mix according to instructions. Set aside. Brown the onion and garlic in the pan until soft. Add ground beef or turkey and the spices and Worcestershire sauce. When it's halfway cooked, add tomato, corn, and beans.Cook for 15 minutes on medium to low heat. Add mixture to casserole dish. Drop uncooked cornbread mixture evenly over the top of the cooked hamburger mix to cover the top of the dish thoroughly. Put the casserole dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
