2 large eggs1 2 cups flour 4 cups sliced raw apples (peeled)
1 cup veg oil 1 tsp. baking soda 1 cup raisins
2 cups sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, sugar, and vanilla, and beat, then add dry ingredients.
Batter will be thick, add apples, raisins, and nuts and mix.
Turn into a well greased and floured Bunt pan
Bake for 1 hr. @ 350

Frost as you choose, I have used cream cheese frosting or cool whip.
Everyone has liked and say "give me more" It's so yummy and moist
