1 stick margarine 8 cups milk 1/2 cup cooking oil veggie 1 cup flour 2 tsp salt This needs to be cut down for a normal family.

1/4 stick margarine 2 cups milk 1 oz veggie oil 1/4 c flour ( last two can vary as to amount of gravy you want). 1/8 tsp or less salt and pepper

Use goog quality round steak 1/4 inch thickness beaten very well to tenderize meat.

Melt margarine, Add milk, mix well. Bring to a boil. Blend flour into oil, add to heated milk. Stir until smooth and thickened. Remove from heat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
