2 tsp veggie oil 2/3 cup onion, minced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup red bell pepper, minced 1 carrot, grated 2 geeg beaten 1 cup milk 2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1 pound ground beef 1 pound ground pork 1 cup breadcrumbs 1/2 cup flour 1/2 cup ketchup

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Saute onion, garlic, red pepper and carrot in oil over med heat until they become soft. In a medium size bowl combine eggs with milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. In a separate, large bowl, mix breadcrumbs and flour into the beef and pork with your hands.
3. Add egg and milk mix, sauteed veggies, ketchup and mix it up with your hands. Press mix into a loaf pan. Bake 30 minutes, then spread more ketchup over top to taste, then bake another vhour.
4. Let sit for few minutes, then slice and serve.
