1 Tbs salt 1 level tsp quick cure find at butcher shop or butchers supply store 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garli9c powder 1 tsp black pepper 1/4 cup sou sauce 1/3 cup Worchestershire sauce 1 tsp concentrated liquid smoke

Directions:

1. Mix everything in a resealable plastic bag
2. Refrigerate 8 hours in fridge or overnight.
3. Shake off jerky and place on rack 1/4 to 1/2 inch apart on drying rack of dehydrator.
4. Cook as long as needed for dryness of jerky you want.
