9 hours needed to dry this recipe. Use a dehydrator for this recipe.
1 1/2 to 2 pounds lean beef or venison , cut into strips 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup Worchestershire sauce 2 Tbs packed brown sugar 1 tsp kosher salt or smoked salt t tsp dry garlic powder 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp dried mushroom powder

1. Put everything into a resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours
2. Shake off excess marinate and place on dehydrator traps and cook on 145 degrees until hard.
# When dry to your liking, store air tight when completely coo ed off.
