6 pounds venison cut into small strips 1 1/2 tsp gr cinnamon 1 tsp chili powder 1 1/2 tsp Curing salt 2 tsp garlic powder 1tsp lemon pepper 1 tsp black pepper 3 tsp Accent seasoning 8 tsp salt 2 Tbs liquid smoke

1. Combine everything into a sealable plastic bag.
2. Add meat strips and mix well and refrigerate for three days to allow for maximum marination. Turn bag twice a day.
3. Place strips on a wire rack with a shallow pan underneath to catch any drippings.
4. Preheat oven to 175 degrees, cook jerky for 1 1/2 hours. Check constantly for consistency and pliability. Cook 30 minutes at a time until desired doneness is reached.
5. Store jerky in a dry place. Can put in a sealed mason jar with lid or vacuum packs.
