1 cup sliced pineapple rings, drained and juice reserved 1 box yellow cake mix 1/2 cup veggie oil 3 eggs 1/3 cup melted butter 2/3 cup packed brown sugar 12 cherries, cut in half

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees Spray 24 mini muffin cups.
2. Cut each pineapple slice into 4 pieces, set aside. Make cake with oil, egg and pineapple juice. Beat on medium 2 minutes.
3. In a small bowl, stir melted butter and brown sugar. Spoon 1 1/2 tsp into each muffin cup. Top with 2 pineapple pieces, cut side up with the cherries.Spoon about 1/4 cup batter into tins
4. Bake 20-25 minutes or toothpick tested comes clean. Cool 5 minutes
5. Run a knife around the edges and invert cakes ontob a cookien sheet. Serve warm is best!
