4 chicken breasts
1/3 c soy sauce
1/4 c brown sugar
2 tbsp water
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp pepper
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup shredded cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken over med heat in pan until mostly done, then remove and shred then with a fork. Put into crock pot.
In a small bowl combine soy sauce, brown sugar, water, garlic and pepper. Mix well. Pour mixture over chicken, top with shredded veggies.

cook on high for 1 hour until done.

Serve over Rice or Ramen Noodles
