2 to 4 chicken breasts
3/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 1/2 c grated swiss cheese
1 1/2 c sliced mushrooms
2 to 4 tbsp apple juice
2 to 4 tbps butter, cut into pieces
2 to 4 pieces of foil

Directions:
Directions:
Oil each piece of foil and set aside.
Put one chicken breast on each piece of foil
Mix together oregano,salt and pepper. Sprinkle on each chicken breast.
Divided mushrooms evenly on each chicken breast.
Divided grated cheese evenly on each chicken breast.
Put one tbps of Apple Juice over each chicken breast.
Put on piece of butter on each chicken breast.

Fold foil over and crumple to seal.

Oven 400 degrees, bake 18 to 20 minutes or until chicken isnt pink when you cut into it.
