1 pkg cellophane noodles (from Asian Market)
8 oz. ground, turkey, ground Sasuage, Shrimp or Slice BBQ Pork
8 oz pkg of mixed veggies , or veggies of your choice
1 can sliced water chestnuts
Sliced Green Onions
1 tbsp Hoison Sauce, add more or less to taste
1 can chicken broth
1 tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce, add more or less to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Soak Noodles in hot water for 30 minutes, or as package directs.
Cook meat, then add chicken broth, hoison sauce, chili sauce and veggies.
Heat throughly, add cellophane noodles when softened and heat until hot.
