1 cup buttermilk 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted 2 1/2 cup sugar 2 Tbs flour 1 cup sweet, flaked coconut 1 cup chopped pecans 6 eggs 1 Tbs vanilla 2 unbaked pie crusts

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Combine all ingredients except the crust in large mixing bowl and stir until smooth.
3. Divide mix between the two pie crusts and bake 1 hour or knife inserted into centers comes out clean.
