1 2-Layer package Yellow cake mix
1 20-oz. can crushed pineapple
1 c. packed brown sugar
2 sm. packages vanilla instant pudding mix
3 c. milk
2 c. whipped cream
1 c. chopped walnuts
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix using package directions. Pour into greased and floured 10 x 15 inch cake pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. Pierce warm cake with fork. Combine pineapple and brown sugar in sauce pan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Spoon over hot cake. Cool completely. Combine pudding mix and milk in mixer bowl. Beat at low speed until blended. Chill for 5 minutes. Spread over cake. Frost with whipped cream. SPrink walnuts over top.
