32-oz. package frozen hashbrowns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
16-oz. sour cream
1 small onion, chopped
1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
1-2 c. shredded mozzarella

2 c. cornflakes, crushed
1/2 c. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first six ingredients together. Put in a 13x9 baking dish.

In a separate bowl, mix together the cornflakes and melted butter. Sprinkle over potato mixture in pan.

Bake 1 hour at 350º.
