1/2 tsp. salt
8 eggs
2 T milk

Directions:
In your mixers mixing bowl add:
flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix
Add all eggs and milk. This will take awhile to mix.
Dump mixture out on a well floured surface. Knead in about a 1 1/2 cups flour. Enough flour that you can roll out on the counter. Roll to about 1/4 inch thick. When you have it rolled out sprinkle with more flour. Roll up like you would cinnamon rolls. Slice off as thick as you like your noodles to be. I spread the noodles out on the counter and let them dry all day. I pkg. them in 1 pound bags and put them into the freezer.

Personal Notes:
The noodles are wonderful to have in the freezer. You can have your chicken boiled and cut up and come home from work and bring your broth to a boil and add the frozen noodles, meat and cook. Supper in no time!
