3 qts apple cider
3 lbs sugar 6-7 cups
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp cinnamon

wash and core apples with skins on, add cider, cook till apples are tender put thru food mill add sugar, and spices simmer till thick stir to prevent scorching fill hot jars seal in hot water bath
