1 lb. breakfast sausage, browned and drained
8 eggs beaten with 2 c. milk
6 pieces bread, cut in quarters
2-4 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. (or more, to taste) shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. minced onion
Sprinkle white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Layer bread, sausage, onion, and cheese; pout egg mixture over. Cover tightly. Refrigerate overnight in 9x12 buttered dish.

Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes.
