2 lbs. lean hamburger meat
1 c. chopped onion
1 T. flour
1 T. Chili Quik (can substitute chili powder)
1 can bean dip
1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
Garlic salt to taste
Water as needed

Directions:

Brown the hamburger and onions until done. Add flour and Chili Quik, then bean dip. Stir until mixed. Add Velveeta, stir until melted. Add a small amount of water if it's too thick.

Serve warm.

You can easily double this recipe for a crowd. Works well to serve in a crock pot to keep warm for a good while. Add a small amount of water if it gets too thick.
