1 cup butter
1 ½ cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. lemon juice
3 eggs
4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 TBS. sour cream

Cookies:
Cream butter and sugar
Add eggs 1 at a time
Add remaining ingredients, adding flour gradually
Mix together and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours
Roll out in flour, sugar mixture
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
Cut with cookie cutters

Bake 350 degrees 10-12 minutes

Cool and add frosting and sprinkles

Icing:

Mix:
½ stick butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. powdered egg whites
Drizzle milk(add pwd. sugar if to thin
