#2 tin can Red Kidney Beans
1 hard cooked egg - chopped
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 cup French dressing
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
head lettuce

Directions:

Drain kidney beans & discard liquid. Combine all ingredients except lettuce. Toss and chill in covered bowl. Serve on lettuce cups.
