1&1/2 LBS Pork and/or Veal (Beef), cubed
1 cups chopped celery
1 cups chopped onion
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup uncooked (MINUTE) rice
1 cups water or beef broth
1 tablespoon molasses
1 can cream of condensed mushroom soup
1 can cream of condensed chicken soup
1 can drained bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts
1 can drained Chinese vegetables
1 bag - 6 oz - Chow Mein Noodles
1 cup Minute rice

Directions:
Directions:
Flour meat cubes, brown meat in large skillet with a tsp. of oil until tender, add onions and celery and soy sauce for a few minutes longer. Add rest of ingredients and heat through, turn into casserole dish, top with chow mein noodles & bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Serve with chow mein noodles over a bed of rice, a tossed salad and Hawaiian rolls.
