Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice (Nutmeg, Allspice, Cinnamon, Ginger)
1/4 cup sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
3-4 Tbsp butter or magarine (to taste)
Crushed walnuts (optional, for cheeseball)

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw cool whip and cream cheese, then mix everything together with sugar, spices, and butter to a creamy consistency. Serve with any fruit (green apples are especially good), pound cake, angelfood cake, cookies, or graham crackers. After mixing this can be frozen and stored for weeks. Or make a faux cheesecake by preparing as above, then pouring into a graham cracker crust and refrigerating. Or make a "cheeseball" by substituting an additional 8oz cream cheese in place of the cool whip, and then form into a ball and roll in crushed nuts.
