3-4 minute steaks
1/2 c. flour, seasoned
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Coat steaks in flour.
The steaks must be thawed.
Fry in oil until brown on both sides, turn heat down cover and simmer. Make gravy with the scraps.

Gravy-- Mix leftover seasoned flour you have used to season steaks with 1/4 c. cool water. Pour into the pan and simmer until gravy thickens. Stir to get all the bits off the bottom for flavor. Add water or more flour as needed.
