1 lb Italian Sausage (mild or hot)
2 6 oz cans tomato paste
2 15 oz cans tomato sauce
2 med onions chopped
1/4 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 - 1 tsp fennel seed
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp chili powder
Mozzarella Cheese 1 - 2 lbs shredded cheese, HOW CHEESEY DO YOU LIKE IT

Directions:

Brown sausage, add chopped onions, fry until tender
Add rest of ingredients, cover and simmer 1 hour

Boil 2 small boxes of lasagne noodles per directions on box

Layer: thin layer of sauce on bottom of pan, noodles, sauce, cheese (usually 3 layers) Cover with foil, bake in 350 - 375 oven for an hour or until cheese melts.

This receipe has been in the Wilder Family since the early 1950's. It has always been a favorite and is usually served with Cole Slaw and warm bread. The ingredients seem simple, but when you put them all together, WOW!
