5-6 tomatoes - chopped
1 medium onion - chopped
1 green pepper - chopped
1-2 jalapenos finely diced - 1 with out seeds
1 can black beans - drained and rinsed
1 10 oz. bag frozen corn thawed
fresh cilantro leaves
3 tbsp. olive oil
lime juice (about 1/2 lime)
1-2 tsp. salt and/or 1-2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. cumin

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for couple of hours before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
