1 fresh ripe pineapple
1 ripe cantaloupe
4 ripe mangos
2 lbs. fresh starwberries
4 cups of green seedless grapes
1-1/2c. fresh blueberries
4 kiwis
2 limes zested and juiced
1/2 c. honey
1 to 3 cups powdered sugar

Peel the pineapple and the cantaloupe, remove seeds, and cut into bite sized pieces. Put into a large bowl. Peel the mangos, cut the fruit from the large seed and cut into bite sized pieces and add to bowl. Wash the blueberries, grapes, and strawberries. Cut the strawberries into bite sized pieces and add the berries to the bowl. Peel the kiwi and cut into bite sized pieces and add to the bowl. Zest the two limes and add the zest to the bowl. cut limes in half and juice the limes pouring the juice over the fruit. (discard the lime halves.) Pour the honey over the fruit and stir. Add about 1 cup of the powdered sugar and stir until the powdered sugar mixes well with the fruit and is no longer white. Do a taste test and add more powdered sugar if desired, depending on the sweetness of the fruit.
Chill until time to serve.
