1 1/2 to 2 lb ground beef or turkey
1 T olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
1 small cabbage, chopped
2 (14.5 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) tomatoe sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and onion and cook stirring until ground beef is no longer pink. Add garlic and continue to cook for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat and cover and simmer 20-30 minutes or until cabbage is tender. If you want to thicken, add 1 cup rice.
