3 lbs ground beef/ground pork/stew beef
1 large white onion, chopped
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 cans pureed tomatoes
2 cans whole tomatoes
4 15.5 oz cans light red kidney beans
4 15.5 oz cans dark red kidney beans
2 15.5 oz cans pinto beans
2 15.5 oz cans black beans
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Cumin
¼ tsp Cayenne
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
hint of Cinnamon
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
Red pepper flakes to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In large stock pot, caramelize onions
Add meat and some chili powder then brown

When onions and meat are cooked, add tomatoes, chili powder, red pepper and cinnamon
Cook until flavors are fused

Drain then add beans

Continue to taste as it cooks.
Add seasoning to taste.

Add chopped green pepper along with the onions.

Serve with sour cream, chopped onions and shredded cheddar cheese.

Corn muffins are an excellent side.
