1 10 oz jar marshmallow cream
1 1/2 c sugar
2/3 c evaporated milk
1/4 c butter
1/4 tsp salt
1 12 oz package chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla

1/2 chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine marshmallow cream, sugar, milk, butter and salt

Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly
Boil over moderate heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly

Remove from heat

Add chocolate chips
Stir until melted

Add vanilla
Add nuts (optional)
Stir until combined

Pour into greased 8" square pan
Chill until firm

Spend even less time:
I have found that creating my own "pan" out of tin foil works better than a baking pan.
When set, place on a cutting board.
Pull the foil away and use a pizza cutter to cut into pieces.
