1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup hot milk
3 1/4 cup sifted confectioners' sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in heavy saucepan. Add brown sugar. Bring to boiling; cook and stir 1 minute or till slightly thick. Cool 15 minutes.

Add hot milk and beat smooth. Beat in enough of the confectioners sugar for spreading consistency. Frosts two 8 or 9 inch layers.
