1 T butter
1 small onion, chopped
2 eggs, scrambled
1 T minced garlic
1 cup beef or chicken bullion
2 cup cooked rice
1 cup cooked meat (beef or chicken), chopped
1 pkg. frozen vegetables

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onions in melted butter and garlic. Add 2 scrambled eggs and stir. Add cooked rice, meat and mixed vegetables with bullion into large skillet. Cook in olive oil on medium/high heat until crispy. Add worchestershire sauce or soy sauce.
