Pastry:
Double Pie Crust for 9-10" pie dish
Filling:
1 lb. Ground Beef
1/2 cup Milk
3 T. Dry Onion Soup Mix
Dash Pepper
1 Pkg. (12oz.) Hash Brown Potato's (thawed)
1/4 cup Cheese (grated)
Glaze:
1 T. Butter (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and line your pie dish with bottom crust.

2. Combine meat, milk, soup mix and pepper in a bowl, mix gently to combine, lightly pat into the pastry lined plate.

3. Sprinkle 1/2 cheese over meat. Then top with hash browns, then the remaining cheese.

4. Place the top crust on top of the potato's and cheese, seal and flute the edge. Make a few slits with a sharp knife in the pastry top to allow steam to escape when cooking.

5. Brush with melted butter lightly. Bake for 1 hour or until browned.
