2 lbs ground beef
1/2 c butter
2 c chopped onion
3 tsp salt
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp cumin seed
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp tumaric
1 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 qts water

Brown and drain ground beef

ADD all ingredients to large stock pot

COOK for 1 1/2 hours
