Buffalo Cauliflower Recipe

1 cup Milk
1 cup Flour
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Pepper to taste
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 head of Cauliflower
2/3 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
2/3 cups Buffalo Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Cut cauliflower into bite sized pieces and discard the core. Combine milk, flour, garlic powder, pepper and olive oil in a large bowl. Place batter and cauliflower in a large zip lock bag and toss until coated. Pour cauliflower into a large strainer to let excess batter drip off. Sprinkle with Panko bread crumbs and toss gently. Place on a foil lined pan (sprayed lightly) and bake 15 mins. Remove from oven and gently toss or sprinkle with buffalo sauce. Coat but do not soak! Return to oven for another 5-10 minutes. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
