Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
4 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
2 medium chopped onions
1 large green pepper, sliced
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 can stewed tomatoes

Combine the following
1/2 cup ketchup
2 TBSP cider vinegar
2 TBSP brown sugar
2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
1 TBSP lemon juice

Add this later
1 beef bouillon cube
2 TBSP cornstarch
2 TBSP water

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork chops in slow cooker
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Add vegetables tomatoes and bouillon
Pour sauce over vegetables
Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours
Mix cornstarch and water until smooth and pour into liquid in cooker.
Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes
Serve over rice
